COMMON TERMS USED IN THESE RULES:

These are the Official Rules ("Rules") that govern how the Red Bull Stash contest will operate. This promotion is referred to as the "Contest" throughout the rest of these Rules. In order to participate in the Contest, you must agree to these Rules. Therefore, please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that participation in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules and that you may not compete in the Contest and will not be eligible to receive the prizes described herein unless you agree to these Rules. These Rules constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Red Bull North America, Inc. ("Red Bull") with respect to the Contest.

In these Rules, "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to Red Bull, the sponsor of the Contest. "You," "Your," and "I," refer to an eligible contest entrant.

1. What's the Contest?

   This is a two-part skills-based, scavenger hunt Contest.

   The Search for 4 Packs of Red Bull Energy Drink

   The object of the first portion of the Contest (the "Search for 4 Packs") is to find 4 Packs of Red Bull Energy Drink (each, a "Stash") that are hidden at the college campuses listed in Schedule A with the help of clues posted on our website located at www.redbullstash.com (the "Red Bull Stash Site"). Solve the clue and — if the Stash has not already been retrieved by another entrant — find your Stash. If you find and retrieve a Stash, you must enter a unique code (found on the sticker placed on each, individual Stash and each, a "Stash Code") on the Red Bull Stash Site in order to confirm that the particular Stash has been retrieved.

   The Online Scavenger Hunt

   The second portion of the Contest involves an online scavenger hunt through various websites located on the Internet (the "Online Scavenger Hunt"). The eligible contestant that first successfully completes the Online Scavenger Hunt will win the Grand Prize, which consists of a one-of-a-kind skydiving experience with the Red Bull Air Force, together with round-trip airfare for two (2) to Los Angeles, California and one (1) hotel room for up to two (2) nights, as described in more detail in Section 5, all as determined by Red Bull in its sole discretion.

2. Questions About the Search for 4 Packs

   What if someone retrieves the Stash before me?

   In the event that you solve a clue and discover that a particular Stash has already been retrieved, you can still qualify for the Online Scavenger Hunt by entering a unique code (a "Location Code") that will be contained on a sticker left at the location of each Stash. If you find this sticker, enter the Location Code at the Red Bull Stash Site and you can compete for the Grand Prize.

   What's an eligible code?

   An eligible code is the unique code found on either: (a) each Stash of Red Bull 4 Packs or (b) contained on a sticker left at the location of an already retrieved Stash. You will need an eligible code in order to qualify for the Online Scavenger Hunt.

   How do you submit your code?

   To submit your code: (a) go to the Red Bull Stash Site and follow the instructions online; OR (b) you can text your code to 22854.

3. When does the Contest start and end?

   The Contest starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on September 9, 2011 and ends on September 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Contest Period"). The Online Scavenger Hunt begins on September 30, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. PT and ends on September 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

4. Can you enter?

   You are eligible to enter this Contest if you meet the following requirements:

   1. You are enrolled as a student at one of the college campuses listed in Schedule A attached hereto (as amended by Red Bull from time to time in Red Bull's sole discretion), and you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; and

   2. You are NOT an employee of Red Bull or an employee of a Red Bull affiliate; and

   3. You are NOT involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest; and

   4. You are NOT an immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a Red Bull employee, an employee of a Red Bull affiliate, or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest; and

   5. You have access to the Internet as of 12:01 a.m. PT on September 9, 2011.

   This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is open only to U.S. residents.

5. What is/are the prize(s)?

   Each prize in the Search for 4 Packs segment of the Contest is the Stash of Red Bull Energy Drink found during the Contest. There are approximately 34,000 Stashes available for entrants to retrieve across the college campuses listed in Schedule A. In addition, if you successfully retrieve a Stash and enter your Stash's code on the Red Bull Stash Site you will qualify to compete for the Grand Prize by participating in the Online Scavenger Hunt to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is a one-of-a-kind skydiving experience for the winner and his/her guest with the Red Bull Air Force, as determined by Red Bull in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize also consists of two (2) round-trip coach class airfare for the winner and his/her guest between a major airport nearest to the winner's home and a major airport in Los Angeles, California as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, and standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for the winner for up to two (2) nights in a hotel selected by Sponsor (room rate and taxes only). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute train or other ground transportation in the event winner's home is 200 miles or less from destination. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or other mode of transportation. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly specified in these Rules as being part of the prize, including without limitation, spending money, meals, hotel services and amenities, additional room charges, souvenirs, gratuities, flight or travel insurance, taxes, any upgrades or additional nights and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility solely of the winner. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present credit card at time of hotel and/or flight check-in.

   The total Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of all prizes is $224,660.00. The ERV of each of the 34,000 Stashes is approximately $6.49 and the ERV of the Grand prize is approximately $4,000.

   If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Only one (1) person will win the Grand Prize. If you are a winner of this Contest:

   1. You may not exchange your prize for cash or any other merchandise or services.

   2. You may not designate someone else as the winner. If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, we will award it to an alternate winner.

   3. If you accept a prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize.

6. How will you know if you are a winner?

   If you are the potential winner of the Grand Prize, we will notify you by email or phone (as determined by Red Bull in its sole discretion) by no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on October 3, 2011. The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility. You will receive the Grand Prize via e-mail or U.S. or registered Mail, or as otherwise determined by Red Bull in its sole discretion.

   If there is a dispute as to who is the winner, we will consider the winner to be the authorized account holder of the account used to enter the code on the Red Bull Stash Site. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the relevant entity responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address.

   If you are the potential winner, we may require you to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release and W-9 form as well as provide us with proof of age, an email address, phone number and mailing address. In addition, you will also be required to provide the legal name, phone number, and mailing address for your guest, and to have your guest sign a liability/publicity release. Your guest must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of awarding of the Grand Prize. If you do not sign and return these required forms and information within five (5) days of the winner notification message and are the winner of the Grand Prize, we may disqualify you and award the prize to the second entrant to successfully complete the Online Scavenger Hunt.

7. What other conditions are you agreeing to by entering this Contest?

   By entering this Contest, you agree and/or understand that:

   1. You (and your guest, if applicable) will abide by these Rules;

   2. Our decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to this Contest;

   3. We may use your proper name, likeness and state of residence in all manner of marketing, advertising, promotional and other materials, online, in print, and in any other media and formats whether now known or later developed, in perpetuity, without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law;

   4. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the Contest as originally planned; and

   5. We reserve the right to make changes to these Rules. Any such changes will become effective upon notice via an online posting at facebook.com/redbull or other means of wide dissemination.

8. Taxes

   PROVISION OF THE GRAND PRIZE TO A POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT S(HE) SUBMIT TO RED BULL ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY RED BULL TO PERMIT IT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL AND LOCAL TAX REPORTING AND WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS. ALL PRIZES WILL BE NET OF ANY TAXES RED BULL IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO WITHHOLD. ALL TAXES IMPOSED ON PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. In order to receive the Grand Prize, potential winners must submit the tax documentation requested by Red Bull or otherwise required by applicable law, to Red Bull or the relevant tax authority, all as determined by applicable law, including, where relevant, the law of the potential winner's country of residence.The potential winner is responsible for ensuring that (s)he complies with all the applicable tax laws and filing requirements. If a potential winner fails to provide such documentation or comply with such laws, the prize may be forfeited and Red Bull may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative potential winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law.

9. General Conditions

   All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Red Bull reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Red Bull's sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, hacking or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants or Red Bull.

10. Privacy

    Participants agree that personal data including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest. This data may also be used by Red Bull to verify an entrant's identity, postal address and telephone number in the event an entrant qualifies for any applicable prize as well as to deliver the applicable prizes. Entrants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Red Bull in connection with the Contest by writing to Red Bull (Attention: Red Bull Stash Contest) at the address listed below.

11. Limitation of Liability

    By entering this Contest, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Red Bull North America Inc. and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of, or relating to, your participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder (including, without limitation, any misrepresentation made by the entrant in connection with the Contest; any non-compliance by the entrant with these Rules; claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Rules arising from or related to the entrant's involvement with the Contest; acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest; any malfunction or other problem with any Contest website, including the Red Bull Stash Site; any error in the collection, processing, or retention of entry information; or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize or winner).The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Contest.

    By participating in the Contest, you assume all liability for any injury or damage to yourself, third parties, or any property caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest. We urge and remind you to use caution and good judgment when participating in this Contest and to always put the safety of people (including yourself) and property as your highest concern. Additionally, you must and agree to obey all laws when participating in the Contest (i.e., don't damage anyone's property, go where you shouldn't, etc.).

    Red Bull assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Contest codes; or alteration of entries. Red Bull is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any Red Bull Stash Site entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, human errors of any kind, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other persons' computer related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to this Contest.

    Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service provider will apply.

    Mobile entrants will be charged according to their carrier's standard text messaging rates and should contact their carrier for pricing plans and details. Text-messaging may not be available through all wireless carriers.

12. Grant of Rights

    By uploading any images or photographs (the "Photograph") to the Red Bull Stash Site, you hereby grant to Red Bull North America, Inc., its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of their respective agents, licensees, successors and assigns (collectively, "Permitted Parties") the unlimited and royalty-free right and permission to use the Photograph, your first name, last name, city and state, and any comments you submit (collectively, your "Submission""), which we may edit or alter as we see fit, together with any other material that the Permitted Parties so choose, to create an unlimited number of materials, including, without limitation, advertising, marketing, and promotional materials (collectively, the "Materials"") and to distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, display, reproduce and otherwise exploit the Photograph and Materials in any manner, venue or media (whether now known or hereafter devised), anywhere in the world, at any time, for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, for the purposes of advertising or trade in promoting and publicizing us and our products and services and for use on the Red Bull Stash Site.

13. Elimination

    Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may (within the sole discretion of Red Bull) result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Contest.

14. Right to Cancel, Modify or Disqualify

    If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Red Bull reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Red Bull further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Contest or any Contest website (including, without limitation, the Red Bull Stash Site). Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site, including any Contest website, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Red Bull reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the applicable law.

15. Not an Offer or Contract of Employment

    Under no circumstances shall participation in the Contest, the awarding or receipt of a prize, or anything in these Rules be construed as an offer or contract of employment with Red Bull. You acknowledge that you are participating in the Contest voluntarily and not in confidence or in trust. You acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, agency or other relationship or implied-in-fact contract now exists between you and Red Bull and that no such relationship is established by your participation in the Contest under these Rules.

16. Choice of Law

    These Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded, and all entrants expressly waive any and all such rights.

17. Arbitration

    By entering the Contest, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Contest will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between you and Red Bull of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Rules, shall be submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in Santa Monica, California, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Contest will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action.

18. How can you find out who won?

    We will post the name and photograph of the confirmed Grand Prize winner on the Red Bull Stash Site after October 3, 2011. We may also post, among other things, additional information related to the winners, including, without limitation, comments and photographs associated with the Contest.

19. Who is sponsoring this Contest?
